I have the Spacecruiser workshop manuals from Toyota. One covers the engine, the other covers just about everything else. I ordered thenm from the dealer, and cost me £30 but this was 11 years ago. You may get lucky and find they still have some. I owned the same model a couple of years ago. I managed to get a good quality manual sent from Australia for around £20. If you have a contact out there, ask them to drop into an auto dealers and order one for you, or try the web, searching for Australian auto suppliers. - (#59) Kevin Savage, 1 Apr 01

I have located a manual published in Australia for the Tarago. My copy hasn't arrived as yet but seems to cover the petrol variants of the Spacecruiser. Here is the link

I have just brought an e reg space cruiser model f 2 ltr manual and i would like to know where i can purchase an owners manual for it. I have been in touch with toyota uk and they cannot help me. I would be greatful if anybody could help me.

What was the dealer's response? The part number for the engine manual is RM017E, published 1985, the same year as the manual for the 2C (Townace), and that is still in print. The Chassis and Body manual No.36209E Model F YR2 series is dated 1982 (most of it will be relevant to your model), which may well be out of print. Some dealers are more helpful than others. Try asking for the specific part numbers and see if they can get them on back order. If they say they can no longer be sourced then fair enough. Alternatively, if you need any specific info then post on this site. There are many owners willing to help.

Sorry, just re-read your post. The owner's manual is publication No, OM28407E, part No. 01999-28407. Printed in 1985.
