Can anyone out there tell me the maximum design road & engine speed for a townace 2.0ltr diesel (2 ct engine),D.V.L.A won't process the S.V.A. without them - (#728) mitch, 1 Aug 01

Max speed shown on the clock is 100MPH for a 1974cc DT (L Reg). Don't know what the actual max speed is but had my one up to 93 - 95MPH and before you ask yes this was on the straight not down hill. Could of gone a bit more but decided it was best not to as it get a bit hair raising. - (#731) Russ, 2 Aug 01
