How do I do a bulb change on the headlights on my MasterAce Surf? I cannot see how to get to them at all!I'm sure they must be accessible, but they are cunningly hidden!! Any help appreciated...as always! - (#1097) Phil Jones, 18 Sep 01

Hi Phil,
If CR30, remove the cross-head screw from the side indicator and remove cover. Undo and remove the two (think) 10mm bolts which hold the headlight cluster in place. The headlight cluster then pulls out.

remove the centre trim - via three very tricky slotted plastic extrusions - you need to use a torch to see where they are, but when they are in the correct possition the small from panel (with Toyota written on for pre 1991 Aces) jsut snaps off
