The benefits of 4WD!
My partner got our 4WD Townace stuck in deep mud today when out to walk the dogs. She locked the front hubs but forgot to select 4WD on the dashboard and still could not get out. I got a call at work from a damsel in distress, but when she got the message to select 4WD at the switch also, problem solved! Drove out as if there was no mud there at all.
Just thought all you 4WD owners out there would like to know. It does have it's uses! - (#2091) Ray, 4 Feb 02
