Following up on Ray's post a few days ago, we too got well & truly stuck in the mud, down by the 'Thames' following a walk with the kids on Saturday PM, rear wheels just kicking up the mud, put it in 4WD, on with the hub locks, low ratio on the transfer box, gently on the throttle, bit of slip & slide, but no problem dragging ourselves out of the mud. First time we've had to use it since getting the vehicle. all I can say is EXCELLENT, damn useful, and handy you can switch between 2WD & 4WD, rather than permanent 4x4. - (#2193) Rob Drinkwater, 10 Feb 02
