I have problem..my indash turbo lights keep flicking on -of at low revs say 0-2500 and after that obviusly stays on,..also my rev counter goes mental ..sometimes would be at zero revs ! when in idle..any ideas ?? much apreciated - (#2275) osman, 19 Feb 02

do u mean instrument cluster as in the electrics behind the dashboard and also about the emissions computer .. i dont think this is fitted ! would u know where the tacho sensor would be on these and how do they operate as in there feed comes from ? and also the pressure switches ??and how do they look like ? - (#2284) Osman, 20 Feb 02

Tacho sensor is at the side of the injection pump. Don't know about the pressure switches on a Hiace, they're on the air filter housing of a townie. - (#2285) david miller, 20 Feb 02

Many thanks , as for the tacho sensor will try and look for it !! but surely i found the pressure sensor attached on the side of the air cleaner . any way i can test this switch for its correct operation ..its got one wire one hose. and plugs into the inlet manifold...please advise sorry if i am trouble.. - (#2288) Osman, 20 Feb 02
