How is the tracking adjusted on a townie? On previous cars I've owned it's a matter of loosening the locknut then turning the trackrod. I tried this on the townie but the rod only turns about 45 degrees in either direction. Any help appreciated. - (#2561) Leigh Wright, 26 Mar 02

The track-rod needs to rotate within the trackrod-end. Spanner flats on the rod for that purpose. Might be rusted up. - (#2566) david miller, 27 Mar 02
