I have trying to match the colour code from the plate on my Lite Ace, code X55 Can anyone help to identify this.

That's strange. My Toyota dealer told me there are a finite number of colours available to all Toyota cars that are used throughout the world. They even have them on display on the wall. And to corroborate this, the silver paint I bought for my Spacecruiser 11 years ago is the same as the silver on my two-tone Townace ie. UK and Jap markets the same. - (#2696) Ian Dunse, 9 Apr 02

Ian is correct, however, toyota aren't the best people to ask about paint... Anyway, X55 multitone is composed of:
4D2 light beige metallic
4G3 brown metallic.
