Hi there,i replaced my headgasket on my 2ct diesel turbo,and now i cant get the vehicle started.I set the timing(diesel pump,cam,crank shaft).Someone mentioned to me my wiring onto the ballest resistor/glow plugs could be wrong as im getting 4volts on the low plugs.Could someone please help?

sounds like you've only got the afterglow. the main glowplug supply comes from the large relay on the bulkhead behind/ above the intake manifold. it should click in when you turn the ign on. there should be three wires to the resistor iirc, and two earth wires on the injector pipe clamp. plus a spade terminal connecting to the current sensor between glowplug and resistor.
