hi all' SPACE-CRUISER 1 of my short black vacuum pipes have come of does it go on the carb i cant see where els it can reach....if i drive with it off will it cause a long term prob....lynn

As I recall there are 5 vac pipes going onto the carb. They should be detailed on a diagram somewhere around the engine area. If you can't sort it, come back to me and I'll dig out a diagram for you.

Lynn,
You should be able to drive without causing any long term damage but you may have a lack of power, low mpg and/or general bad running of the engine. Without seeing the pipe I can't say where it goes, as you know they go everywhere. I do recall some turn back to the same connector block, other connectors have unions hidden under each other. Hunt around, a small make up mirror and torch may help to find a clean bit where it should go. Good hunting.
