Although my washer bottle is full, the rear wash is working but nothing is being squirted on to the front windscreen,,,any ideas? thanks

there seemed to be water leaking out of the tailgate so assumed the pipe was broken at the rear.

turned out that the breakage was next to the driver in the overhead gutter (inside)

there is a join there and it had come apart, so when the water was pushed through, it went that far, then trickled all the way back to the rear inside the van

you could smell the water/washer mix and it just didn't click at the time
