BBC Spares, decent breakers or order from dealers. Would expect they would have to source from Japan though.

i'm not sure if toyota can supply these...

they can source everything from japan if needed, except accessories - and i think these are classed as assessories (afaik)

Looks like you're right. They aren't listed on Toyota's parts CD. Looks like it's down to a breaker then.
