there's only one washer pump, a solenoid valve switches the water between the front and rear jets.
Does the motor sound like it's running at full speed?

no it sounds fairly quiet and the water is only coming from the rear washer. two months to MOT!

Well, start with voltage checks to the motor, then the possibility of a seized motor. It's at the base of the washer reservoir, the solenoid valve is beside it. The valve is only operated for the rear washer IIRC.

Be aware that it sometimes takes a LONG time for the water to get to the front jets. I recall wondering if it would ever appear the very first time I tried mine.
