anybody know how/where to find paint code? also, are the paint colours available easily in this country or are they only for the japanese market. i only need a touch up pen.

On the VIN plate, there is a paint reference code and Halfords or other Factors can identify, and supply, an aerosol of correct colour paint. The VIN plate is under the drivers seat, ie, behind the drivers legs. There should be a small section of carpet, on the vertical section of the engine bay, which can be lifted up.

There are a finite number of Toyota paint colours all available globally. Enquire at your dealers for a paint stick, just give them the code from the vin plate as John said.
