Hi everyone, I just want to say BiG ThankS to everyone.

Today brought my first townie, and with your help and this amazing and inspirational resource of towninfo it has made the purchase that much easier.

+ I would like to say to any new buyers that i brought my townie from london area and then drove it back to birmingham with not so much as a squeek. no sign of over heating problems or other at all! make sure you do all the checks you can -radiator cap for cracks, see that the fan heaters work and if you can watch the fan going round with the passengers seat up on a good test drive... good luck, i'm really pleased with mine, and its a dream to drive(even after driving a mini for 4 years!)

if there is anyone out there who can help. I am looking for err, a spoiler? there are photo's around the net of townie's with a rear brake light mounted into a small wing atop the back window. Got one? know where to get one? pls help, thanks again!

I've only ever seen a spoiler on the post-92 models and some of the smaller liteaces...

Hi, i have recently brought a 91 liteace, great it is too! I love it... There is only one thing missing from my liteace that i would really like:

I am after a rear spoiler with brake light. There are a few photo's on the web(see townace nutters >ace jam rally photo's) of liteace's with a small spoiler or wing running along the top of the back window. It has a brakelight housed in it. My liteace is the blue/grey over silver colour. If you have a spoiler any colour, or know of a townie being broken, or even if you can tell me the part number including the brake light i would be very greatful.
