can i ask is it legal to drive a vech to a pre arranged test appointment without m.o.t my car was wrote off on way to test centre iam i still coverd

Yes, as long as the MOT station had an appointment booked for you & had noted your registration number, you may need to get the garage concerned to provide you with documentary evidence of this, as the insurance company WILL require you to provide a valid MOT for the vehicle BEFORE they will consider paying out for the write off. I know, I've managed to write off two of my wife's cars (neither collision my fault I hasten to add) and have therefore a bit of experience of how the insurance companies handle these matters. Rob.
