just to update on faulty rev counter, removed clocks, removed rev counter checked all soldered joints - ok, checked all connections - ok, re built and went for test drive - ok, until i hit 3000 rpm then it decided to play silly beggers again. what do you think ? dodgy rev counter or dodgy sender.??
also going back to 15 mpg, i adjusted the fuel pump rod so the deeper taper was facing front, much better ! about 22 - 24 mpg. im happy with that.
