(Home) Brake warning light

Can somebody help me out on an annoying problem with the handbrake warning light on the dash. I have had the brakes checked and there doesn't seem to be a problem but this is what happens.

Turning right at low revs (i.e. no turbo light showing) and everything seems fine but if you apply some gas and the turbo light indicates the handbrake light comes on. It doesn't happen when turning left but only right. A local Toyota garage has suggested it could possible be an earth somehwere but where would I look. Any ideas?

Russ. Do you know that the h/brake warning light also doubles as a low reservoir fluid level warning? I found this out, where else but a posting on this ever helpful forum. I should think that there is a slightly low fluid level and that the "surge" on turning and acceleration, triggers the float switch but, when the brakes were checked, and a visual check done on the reservoir indicator, all seemed OK
