(Home) Heater blower motor resistor location

Hi! I have a 1991 Master ACE Surf with a bad blower motor resistor (blower only works in full position). Can anyone tell me where this part is located? I've spent some time looking and found alot of relays, etc, but nothing I would be able to identify as this part.

Thanks,

Todd

under the glovebox, it fits into the blower housing with a screw, you'll see the connector facing out towards you...

Todd. David has indicated where to look for the blower resistor. I hope you are able to sort this out but, on my Masterace, I has the same problem but, it was the actual switch, on the dashboard which was faulty. There is a spring ball/contact, contained in a "clipped" plastic housing. If you still have the problem, after checking the resistor, try the facia mounted slide switch. In my case the spring, keeping the contacts together, had collapsed. A good test is to press the slider control, gently, up and down, just to see if it is making contact in the low speed and auto positions.

I also had probs with the blower switch it stopped working on the mid position, after a lot of moving the lever across the movement with it gently lifted up and pushed down all now works and has done for over a year
