(Home) Leak from fuel pump

had aa out today to find leak coming from pump could not pin point it though anyone come accross a prob like this b4 any info greatfully recieved

I've never had such a problem but I would start with cleaning the area (kettle of boiling water/proprietry engine cleaner ie
gunk)
Once the area is clean and dry again you could start it up and watch it until you see it weeping
I'm sure someone would be able to offer more educated advice though

I have just had a problem like this. Took a lot of finding but got there in the end with david miller's help.
It was the top cover joint. Fuel dripping all the way up the road when enging cold. Stopped when normal temp.
The rubber joint plays up around 60k due to wear.
