failed mot on rear shock absorbers lower bushes need part no for lower bushes can any one help/ petrol 2w drive townace 93 grateful for any help.

Bushes for what? Anti-roll bar (there are two types), shock absorber?

thanks for answereing ian/ mot says rear shock absorber lower bushes i think there called bobbins need to know part number or replacement number.

Unfortunately my info only goes up to early 1992 models ie. the model before yours. Part # for that is 48531-80069 (subs 80603). Also you have to buy the full sub-assembly ie. nut, bolt, washer and bush.

They could be the same but not worth shelling out at a dealer in case they are wrong. The way dealers work with many import parts is that they want your money up front and won't exchange if wrong.

I would recommend you try taking one of the bushes off and take it to a decent factor and see if they can match with something else. You may get lucky if it matches with a Ford or the like - cheap and readily available.

Just had my bushes replaced-anti rollbar top bushes the garage i use got them from toyota £5.55 each fitted them for a £20 Job done parts inc of price

i just wondered did you get the bushes sorted out ?? if not may have a suggestion ,, some thing i did on mine ,,, how ever if you did i would be interested to know how you over cmae the problem

ordered rear lower bushes from toyota £5.50 for the 2 just had to give chasis number ten minutes to fit
