Hi,

The socket that the front passenger seat belt clicks into has disintegrated. I thought that I had found a replacement, but it turns out that the chap has sold the front seats with the bit still on, so back to square one :-( Do any of you have such an item?

If it is a standard toyota fitment, try some local scrapyards, for general jap vehicles, might be the same

Thanks, Kev, but up here in the wilds of Scotland the local scrappies are at least 76 miles away, and when phoned haven't got any toyota parts of the right age. My Townie is a 1987 4x4, and the belt has a narrow clip and socket, compared to most vehicles. I have tried lots of places, but no luck so far...

Does it have to be a toyota belt?
I would be suprised if a trip to the distant scrappy didnt yield results
As yours has gone why not 'take some measurements' and make some more calls?
