(Home) Fog lights qeuery and flickering side lights on Model F Spacecruiser (Sp+)

Just bought one of these for wife and am quite happy with it.
Problem. When all lights are turned on and hazzards are on side lights flicker, any known causes.
Also rear foglights, are fog lights fitted to both sides or just the offside ?
its a uk model and not an import.
Thanks.

Flickering probably a bad earth, does it go in time with the flashing?
Yes one each side, undo the 3 screws from within the rear door jam and the rear cluster twists out (if offside move the screen wash tube over the screw mounting once the cluster has started to move!), bulb holder just twists out. Normal 21 watt bulb (single filament) replacement.

Frequent boiling noises seem to be a problem.
have replaced radiator core, and water pump.
but still have same problem.
Can anybody advise?
Did they ever make a haynes manual for the space cruiser,if they didn't they should have.

Just noises or water loss?
If just noises live with but keep an eye on it.
If water loss suspect head gasket.

Clive, there's no loss of water,ie no puddles under van
having to top up water once a week,is this normal?
bubbling noises are from expansion bottle,is this normal
Please advise.
Cheers on a great site!
