Hello all

Hope someone can help?

I have a 92 T/Ace Royal Lounge All works great inc the aircon, but when the blower is on hot/cold/aircon there is hardly any air coming from the ducts in the dash or floor, the rear seems ok.
is there a Pollon filter which may be blocked if so where will i it?

nope, no pollen filter. Is the fan working on all speeds?

What position is the recirc. lever in? Does it make any difference? The flap for the recirc. is behind the glovebox.

Maybe the evaporator and matrix are full of fluff?

yep fan works in all speeds,

I have tried recirc in both positions but still same air coming out.

What and where is the evaporator/matrix.

Bit obvious but are the thumb wheels on the vents open?
Could then check that cables to heater box etc. are secure
Check any flexi hose behind the dash is secure ie
is it blowing ok but the air ending up behind the dash rather than through the vents?
