(Home) Jam 2003 Brean #5 photos

Hello All,

I have labelled all the pictures but I'm not sure of the identities. If you can let me know if any of them are wrong, if you can recognise your van, I'll change it.

The number plates have been blanked so your van will not be used in the next episode of crimewatch, not unless you have a starring role anyway.

Hi Mark

Cracking layout Mark, very arty farty. Can’t se any labels though!

only one question, 4 months for the “changes this week”, and an ace jam page done in a day?

Mark. Many thanks for these pictues BUT, a very big thank you for your work (and expertise) in the additions to the Ace Answers content. The "Tasks" section is superb and, in my opinion, is just what is wanted. I will try to assist with pictures and procedures from time to time. I have a spare (ruined at the present time) engine, on a stand, in my garage. If anyone wants specific pictures regarding location, or access, to parts or operations, perhaps I can help or, compile something to add to the "Tasks" section when I strip this engine,

Sorry Dave,

I was referring to the 'mouseovers'. As you pause on a picture you should get a piece of text pop up giving a name of whoevers vehicle it is.

Unfortunately I missed a couple of people because I didn't start taking photos until Saturday and the group ones were taken after another had left but let me know if your name does not match your vehicle.

Thanks for that John. I had spoke about the site moving on towards a 'how to' section but I don't do a great deal of jobs on my vehicle myself. The success or failure of the "Tasks" pages will depend greatly on visitor contributions.

Just a quick note to say that Clive, organiser of the AceJam Spring 2003, has added his personal descriptions of the weekends events. They can be viewed by following the link at the top of this page to the Home page and going through the "ACE JAM 2003" button. At the bottom of this page you will see a link to Clives thoughts.

Alternatively go direct using the link within this message.

Great page Mark, Excellent photo of my "Flashy" alloy wheels!

Mystery owner is a Mr Taylor from Wales, who doesn't have any web access so I am sending him some printouts off the various sites and will keep him updated about future Ace Jams. He has had his townie converted to use his left foot as he lost his right leg a couple of years ago, had the townie for a couple of years and mentioned the usual key words when talking townie( over-heating, parts, insurance, mpg etc)

Sorry to all those who, like Clive, had there much needed slumber time interrupted by my youngest child(Emma-Lea) at 3am on Sunday morning. She must have had a bad dream or something (possibly about townies being outlawed because they are far too nice for the European market)

Cheers
Tony

Hello Campers.
You have a £1.00 refund.
I propose to put it in the first charity box I come across.
If you disagree send me an email and your address and I'll post yours to you.

I'm not sure what happende to it but it must have disappeared when the next message was added.

If you go back to the home page via the link at the bottom of the heading above, you will see a box at the top left "ACE-JAM 2003". Click on this and it will take you to the pictures.
