can anybody tell me what the spark plug gap is for for my spacecruiser.f reg 1989 2.0 litre.
my brake peddle is going down nearly to the floor it has only started happening in the last week 16.5.03 .i have only owned the vehicle for a fortnight.
when i start it up the choke will come on and it will splutter like madtill i give it some gas then it stays at 2000 RPM if you rev it it goes to 1500 rpm then 1000 then it starts climbing i have checked out the auto choke by moving it but still it doesn't tick over properly,also how do i change the rota arm thanks moz

Spark plug gap 0.8mm or 0.31 in.
Brake peddle going to the floor suggests a leak, check it out before you drive anywhere!
As well as the auto choke there is a fast running adjuster.
Rotor arm under the distributor cap.
I suggest its worth paying for an engine tune, once you get the brakes sorted, as this should cure all your problems.
