Hi, I have just bought a 1990 Royal Lounge for spares (£300), yes I know its a lot but I have today swapped the seats with those in my Super Extra to give it the RL feel and have a shed load of other bits - my question is - Can the hot / cold box be removed easily from my spare Ace and fitted into my ever improving SuperExtraRoyalLounge?

not easily, you'd have to swap the aircon pipes/ looms/ controllers etc.
