does anyone have any electric curtain rails they want to flog?. also where do they operate from? as i can find no switch anywhere

Brian. Today (27th June) I have visited Intapart at Daventry, Northants to collect an engine, unrelated to Townaces but, while there they showed me an accident damaged Townace which has just come in and which will be stripped for spares. It is a J registered, 2C-T engined 4wd with 146000 KM's on the clock. All parts are there, including a complete set of grey curtains and rails etc. The body colour is grey, likewise the upholstery.
Intapart have a website but, as this vehicle has only just been aquired, it may not yet show up on their very comprehensive listings so, if anyone is interested, a telephone call might be required

how did you get on with the rails? i need to replace mine, previous owner seems to have tried to close them whilst still tied back and burned motors out!!
did intapart have any and how much?
last scrap yard i asked looked at me strange and hurredly went to another customer :-(

i abandoned the idea as i have a wife who is a re-upholsterer and she is at present making the curtain tracking and curtains to match the interior. she also has me installing WALL LIGHTS WITH LAMPSHADES!!! to add her personal touch, what a woman!
