Copuld you please help me. I have a2ct Royal lounge 1991 My curtain switch never worked but was pulled out by mechanic who said the switch had burnt out( he had just renewed cambelt)Now no hazard lights or radio are working. If I switch on Hazards they do not work and also stops my Indicators working no clicking noise audible, when iswitch hazard lights to the opposite position ie off or on the indicators will work also no
horn at anytime working. the vehicle has a thatcham class 2 alarm plus a towbar with electrics wired 3 months ago all working if that is asny help thanks for your time Ted Mead Southend Essex

I'm assuming all was well before Mr Clumsy got his hands on your vehicle? If so take it back and ask him to fix it. Have you checked the fuses, especially "Dome"? The burned out curtain switch may have trashed the fuse.

i left my cool box lid open (light on )and returned to find a flat battery went to jump start but it knocked the lights out on the dash,igition clock etc found some fuses in front of cool box 12 or so but they all seem fine help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Davy. You are talking about a Townace and not Spacecruiser etc ?. Did you know about the bank of large fuses ( 5 I think) behind the drivers seat ? Lift the carpet and remove the wing nut secured cover. You will see the turbo below and this fusebox just under the engine cover, at the back. One or other of these fuses could relate to your problem.
Also, there are circuit breakers in the system which can be re-set. Others, with a better understanding of the system, and electrics generally, might be able to advise.
