(Home) Anti-roll bar suspension bushes

I need to replace the anti-roll bar bushes on my 1991 2ltr Townie Super Extra. I have obtained the bushes from the toyota dealer for £1.07p each+VAT part number 90385-11021, 2 small black rubber "bobbins".

Can anyone explain exactly how to replace them, as I get the impression that it might not be too hard a job and don't want to pay the mechanic £30 an hour to do something I could possibly do myself. The mechanic who did the MOT said they were situated on the ends of a "U-shape" bar by the back wheels.

I have looked and can see a U-shape(ish) setup running between the 2 back wheels that have turned down ends that have similiar looking rubber bobbins on the ends that sit inside a sleeve and are held on by a single nut. Is it just a case of removing the nut prying the old bobbin out and then prying the new one in? or is it more complicated than that?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Yes you are right being as your are worn they will push out easy.
When you push put grease or silicon spray around the bush and the roll bar ends they will slide easy.
