please i have a 2lt townie royal lounge h and between a half and full tank my motor starts perfect anything below half a tank my motor struggles to start,however once it has started its no problem ihave already had new glow plugs.i'm sure somebody out their has had simalar problems---- please any info appreciated

Hmm strange symptoms. I'd check for fuel starvation/contamination and start by replacing the fuel filter.

fuel filter, then filterhead/ airleak in pipes, then lift pump in injection pump...
