It was wet and windy when my alarm was fitted so did notice too much. I recall the fitter taking the switch panel out of the door so perhaps he got the colours from there?

Hi the wires you are looking for are under the right hand side dash by the a pillar the door lock relay (you can check its the one by holding it and operating the door switch)is held in a braket you have to be careful taking it down or the braket clip on the relay breaks. The wires you want are there, its dark now so i'll look for you tommorrow and let you know the colours but dont use lucar connectors they work loose and then the central locking won't work

Watch out, if the alarm you are fitting operates the locking on the live side, then you will have to use some relays to convert that to switch via earth, due to the fact that the central locking on the ACES is earth fired, not a problem, but you need to be aware, otherwise you'll blow lots of fuses finding it out. If your alarm can be switched to operate either way then you'll have no problem.

Regards Rob.

the proof of a good Wife is that she keeps records My missus saw me on this site and said oh I copied down the colour codes for the alarm they're in the car file??? SO here we go this is for the Sparkrite alarm system door interface SR911.

The blue remote wire goes to the blue-white wire at the door relay
The orange remote wire goes to the blue-green wire at the door relay
As I said this relay is under the right side of the dash by the A pillar the clip is a pig and will break easily

Hope this helps
I tried fitting at the 'door' swich different colour wires and not a good postion to wire up. Although it was hit and miss(Sparkrite did'nt know the colour codes then) I did'nt blow any fuses or suffer any other probs but lucar connectors worked loose and I ended up soldering the wires and its all been spot on for TWO years
