£17 is indeed cheap for oil & filter, however it's too cheap, they have probably put in either 20w/50 or if you're lucky a 10w/40 oil in your, however, with the cooling/wear etc problems with the 2CT engine, I wouldn't consider any mineral oil to be sufficient for this vehicle, at least a semi if not a fully synthetic oil should be used. I use Comma SYNER D oil, this is fully synthetic 5w/40 oil, especially for turbo diesels. This will cost you about £19 per 5L from your local factors, forget Halfwits etc they're too expensive.
