Mirrors? Don't talk to me about mirrors! After having the nearside one on my Liteace vandalised last week, I managed to find one from a Townie at a local salvage yard thinking it would fit. Wrong! So I called up BBC spares to order one and it came this morning. Wrong! It had this "remote parking" thing when My Liteace hasn't. Oh well!
(By the way, I have a nearside Townie mirror assembly if anyone wants it(!))

The near side one on ebay has a crack in it, he says look at the photo carefully!

Some of you may remember that I placed a thread about Townace mirrors last year, I replaced my mirrors with after market items from accessory shop the type I used was M3 style which are also available with indicators saving the need to fit those horrible little vauxhall types on the wings. Cost inc. adapter plates is about £50 or electric from £80, the plates I used are Astra Mk3 items,I had to make 1 extra hole to fit the last screw.

Do these Astra mirrors still give as good as view as the Toyota ones?
Any chance of a photo to see what they look like in place?
