can anyone help,the mixer what bolts on to the engine with 3 bolts and the tube goes to the turbo,can i make a gasket or have i got to have the proper one to fit, i think its high temperature.

If you mean the air pipe that goes over the top of the engine from turbo to inlet manifold then yes, you can make one...

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the clutch on a 87 space cruiser uk with a 3y engine also where is the fuel mixture screw, I cant find it anywhere. Please help

Apart from bleeding the clutch there is not much you can do. Need to know which carb (there were several).
You should have started a new thread as this will be recorded under
"gasket"
