i have recently has my imported masterace converted to gas.
its an automatic and we are having teribble problems in getting it to tick over although it runs superbly.
have you heared of anyone having the same problems, and can somebody give me some advice or suggestions, as its driving the guy who converted it nuts
any help will be much apprieciated

I assume it's a petrol engine?

You may not get much help from this direction, as most here are diesel, and I don't think anyone here would know much about the diesel/gas conversion - no-one talks about it anyway!

It is just a Toyota engine, nothing special except it's position, so there shouldn't be any surprises for your mech.

Idle problems can sometimes be the O2 sensor, and it would seem to me the frst place to look after a conversion - but he should know that.

Incedentally, where did you put the gas tank?
