(Home) Heater

i am having a problem with my heaters, i have a 1990 2.0td super extra, the front heater i warm at about 1000 rpm buts get cold if the fan is on full(stand still) or when i am travelling along, it apears tthat there is some kind of obstruction restricting the water flow through the matrix, the rear is just not having any of it, it's realy cold all the time, i have just replaced the headgasket, thermostat and temp sender ( the head was crack tested and clear), anybody have any ideas before ai go ripping it all apart
regards colin

Air locks?? give all the (especially the top hose)hoses a squeeze (when cold)with pressure cap off to see if air bubbles pop out.
Or heater valves??- visual check of valve (on heater hose)to ensure operating

The rear heater should be hot all the time, it is on a constant feed part of the bypass system. Have you fitted the correct thermostat?
Does the temp guage show normal temp?
