Have rebuilt my replacement cylinder head after the overheating episope.
Don't know how to bleed the fuel system apart from grinding the battery to death.
Any tips would be appreciated.

well, if you turn the ignition on and keep pumping the priming plunger, that'll sort the low pressure side. You could also use a mitivac or similar to suck fuel through to the return pipe. On the injector side, the pipes will fill quicker if you've loosened the top connection on each...
