(Home) Warning lights all on icy morning

Hi my 1990 Diesel Townace "Super Extra" displayed some strange lights yesterday morning when starting.
Bearing in mind it was the first real cold morning this year.....I turned the ignition as normal and waited for the coil then it started first time as usual...but the Battery Low,Water needs draining from fuel filter, coolent low in expansion tank and engine oil level (also showing amber turbo light) warning lights stayed on....after checking all levels everthing seeming fine to me.. I drove for 2 miles when all lights returned to normal and stayed o.k all day. The following morning (this morning) it was icy cold again and exactly the same thing happened. Later after 2 miles all was normal again. The Townace drove as normal whilst lights were like this. Anyone any ideas ?

Most likely a failing alternator or regulator, this tends to cause this symptom, might be damp contacts freezing up & stopping charge circuit, which are cured when it warms up, just keep an eye on it, if they stay on longer it may need looking at.
