Mine are solid so cannot say from experience. I understand it's fiddly but easily done when you know the sequence for taking stuff apart. I'll send you the diagrams from the manual.

Hi Ian.
Please could you send me a copy of that diagram?.
As we have just acquired a SpaceCruiser for spares and are at present dismantling it,would love to know how you get sliding windows out, please could you oblige?
Many Thanks

You have to remove the whole frame from the body - remove the internal beading, cut the adhesive around the entire window frame, removing any clips and then remove it. Once out the centre uprights have a screw, remove this and then the frame can be pulled apart to release the glass.
Job done.

Hi Clive.
When you have got window out and replaced glass,
What adhesive do you use to stick em back in?,otherwise if you don't use adhesive their gonna leak!
Please advise.

You could probably get away with silicone, but the OEM would've been a polyurethane sealant- ask for windscreen bonder in the factors...

I used window bond, or some such name, from Halfords, dry in 30 mins. Guess it is just a normal weather and water proof sealant, but was black so you could not see it once installed. I remember it did say that it was compatable with all automotive paint finish.
