Hi, there i've just purchased a 89' townace g'reg. i loved the character of it, obviously to my disadvantage i know nothing about them, and find this website excellent for people like me looking for new info. can anyone out there advise me on how to use the tv monitor, that's what it appears to look like to me, it's located above and between the passenger and driver facing towards backwards... i have no idea how to get it working, and most importantly does anyone know how i can get hold of an instruction manual for this vehicle (not in japanese) but english... i would love to receive as many replys as possible...

Have a look in the archives, you will see details on the manual there. The TV will not work in the UK. The frequencies are different & they use NTSC not PAL broadcasting standard. You might be able to hook up a DVD or video to it however!

Hi Sherrie.
I was interested in the answer about the TV as I have just got a Lite ace with built in TV. So looks like mine won't work either. I'm going to get a 12v tv from a car shop and fit that using the same mountings. If you look round you can find some really small ones. Failing car shops, look at Truckstops and buy a small 24v tv and plug it into a voltage dropper box.
