(Home) Rear parking mirror

Hi clive,and everybody.
My wife and me, plus a friend of ours have Spacecruisers, now we have noticed that Townaces have these handy devices on them, would it look stupid or is it hard to put these on,as many a time we have nearly hit a car behind us when reversing.
Please advise.
many Thanks
Hope to see you all at Bridport Ace Jam later this year!

The Townace has a slightly bigger top section to the rear door. If there is enough metal on the Speccy one and you are able to fashion suitable anchorage then no problem. I don't have one as it was missing from mine, I do however have electronic sensors that I have fitted. Bought from ebay at £21 and dead easy to fit, with audio and visual warning, and works very well in good weather, a bit hit and miss (sorry) in the rain.

Cheers clive.
I'm only just down the road from you in Bridport,Dorset.
Any word on when the Bridport Ace Jam is?.
as me and a mate who both have spacecruisers are wanting to attend.
Where is the best place to get a second-hand Rear Parking Mirror?.
There seems to be just about enough room to put one on. Any idea on possible price.
And correct way to fit it.If I can't get one, the electronic sensors sound good at the price, can you give me more details on them?.
My wife has said when, we have to get rid of our spacecruiser, eventually,we'll be getting a Townace for sure!
See you very soon, all the best for 2004!to you and your family.
cheers

Woolies, £19.99 for a pair of stickon ones. Work fine!

I'm hoping to hold an Ace Jam at Brean again this year will be May (ish) as it is cheap then.
My door has fitted nuts/plate under the skin so assume it's a factory fit before the door is pressed together.
Mirrors can be got from BBS spares.
Just connect to ebay and search for parking sensor.
All the best to one and all for 2004.
