i,m thinking about buying a diesel townace which is a bit raw {but honest} it has some body faults which i can work on but i,m worried about 150,000 miles on the clock it has been looked after with few probs mechanically ,bot what do you people think about the mileage ,any help will be really appreciated.

Are you sure the clock doesn't actually say 150.000 Kilometers instead? I would have thought so. That's about, what, 90.000 Miles? It depends on how old the vehicle is I guess. For an example, my Liteace is a 1992 K-reg and has just done 105.000 Kms and is running pretty well. Justs needs the front brakes servicing and I think an Antifreeze change is due, which I'll attempt before this predicted cold-snap.
