could anyone please tell me if there is a relay for the starter motor. as when i turn the key it just clicks somewhere behind the dash.
just hope there is a relay as a new starter motor must be expensive as I believe they are pre engaged,any advice is greatly appreciated

That's the dreaded voltage drop problem. Well documented in the archives. The click you hear is from one of the a/c relays that's pulled out when the starter is operated...
