The heater on my Liteace only seems to work when the car is moving. When it is stationary the fan just blows cold air. Temperature guage shows normal to cool. Any ideas?

Have a look at the valve to the front heater, underneath in the center between the front seat footwells, two hoses one with a valve, see if it moves or is connected. Otherwise blockage airlock etc..
