i am ordering an electronic fan controller which you cut top hose and you insert an aluminium hose adaptor
with built in stat 80-120c.

i need the size of the top hose,the adaptor comes in 25,28,32,35,38 and 45mm (abit like the lottery)

i am soon moving on to the last phase of my overall to my masterace 4x4,she had all core plugs renewed (my garage was only going to renew the plugs under diesel pump but shocked to find that he could push his screw driver into one with ease,he then took the exhaust manifold off and renewed all plugs)he took the turbo off and totally clean the engine with parafin and located my oil leak commin from the sump gasket,they also found a small leak on one of the turbo pipes,the water pump has now been renewed,cam belt,and all fan belts,I got all my materials from bbc spares and my garage fitted them,but my garage would not fit the oil filter has they said it was not the right filter for the 2ct engine (they fitted thier own one )i will post part number of this oil filter when i get it back and speck to bbc.

i will be fitting my electric fan conversion this week and will post my road trail findings and my materials used.

Top hose I/D 32.5mm O/D 42.5mm. Pipe outside diameter that it fits onto is 35.0mm.
