can anyone please tell me if there is a roofrack available for a liteace with the skylight roof have tried halfords they do one for a hightopped van but it does not leave enough clearance to open the side door or the roof lights.

Hi - what a super resource! I am about to join the Townie community, upgrading to an F reg 2.0 diesel from a G reg petrol SpaceCruiser. I have a couple of questions -

Any recommendations for a roofrack or roof bars?
and
The vehicle is lovely but ....... speedo and odometer are in km. I gather there may b e a couple of methods to change this. Any advice or pointers would help.

Dave,
No need to tell you how good the townace is as you have a Spacecruiser, join the club.
There are several places that make replacement speedo faces, check out Ace Answers for some leads. You need to know if you have TEMS or not (two little green lights at the end of the speedo range) when ordering.
BBC spares do them for both types, short cut on Ace Answers.
Odometer can be changed but you soon get used to it.
Roof rack yet again on Ace answers.
Have a look at the Hand Book put together by the Townace.com editor.
You may want to have a look at the temp guage mod/alarm, in my opinion the £24 you can spend on your Townace.
