i am been in touch with some one who said they can tune my engine and tell me if any thing is wrong with it,i have to run my cruiser with the choke out a bit, is it worth having done. cheers

Yes!
If you have to run with the choke out a bit you will be using more fuel than needed. Depending on how heavy you use the Cruiser you may save a fortune. Also with the choke out you are likely to fail the MoT gas test so it will have to be done for that.
I always thought my Cruiser was ok but once tuned (every 2 years), it ran far better.
