does any one know were the correct place for the gauge needle to sit mine does not move does this mean there is a problem

Does the needle drop when you turn the ignition off?
If yes and it moves to about halfway when you start up all is ok. If not suspect neddle stuck.

Where is your oil pressure gauge? I'm not aware of this being a standard item, if it's aftermarket have a look for the sender, it may not be connected!

I assumed it was a Spacecruiser - standard fit on the Cruiser.
