I've been surfing on ace answers about townace. I bought reconditioned Townace from Japan on one of the dealer here in the philippines. But the van is not yet with mer. It will be delivered this week. I just want to check what year model i've got. I only have the Frame Number (CR21-6006177) (CR21G-PEZX). I tried to enter this codes to INPUT Frame No on toyota and found out this was produced August 1992. Does this mean that the Unit was released August 1992 or it was started producing those models. So what year and date the unit was released to market.

Hi Vic,

Are you not able to ask the vehicle supplier what year your Town Ace is? They should be able to tell you what year and model it is.
You say you gave the frame number to Toyota and they said that it was 1992. From that information I suspect that this was when your Town Ace was built. The frame number should also provide information as to what model of Town Ace you have.
I am married to a filipina and I have visited the Philippines four times (Cebu City) and I must say that the Philippines is a wonderful country. I am sure you will enjoy driving your Town Ace in the Philippines.
